Skateboarding at Lloyds Building in Bristol

I suppose one could argue that this is a public nuisance, but as a taxpayer it costs me nothing, whereas bailing out Lloyds TBS cost me dearly. Given that we collectively own 40% of the institution, I don’t think it unreasonable that these gentlemen should make use of their share of the Lloyds plaza.
